What’s the Role About?
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of key product initiatives, from discovery to launch and iteration. You’ll act as a strategic partner to one of the founders, helping translate high-level vision into clear, user-centric solutions.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments. You’ll lead market research, define user experiences, craft detailed product requirements, and analyze adoption metrics, always with an eye on impact and scalability.
At this stage, you’ll collaborate in Figma to shape early flows and prototypes, supported by an external design team and working closely with one of the four founders on product strategy. Over time, your mission will be to build and scale an in-house design function, ensuring that the process and standards you set become part of the company’s DNA.
You’ll own the “what” and the “why” of the product, driving clarity and structure while helping the team turn complex ideas into elegant, usable features that deliver measurable value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery: conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to validate and prioritize new initiatives.
- Own product design & UX: in the early phase, you’ll work hands-on across design and UX, translating complex ideas into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma. Over time, your goal will be to shape a scalable product design process and help build the supporting team around it.
- Define product requirements: author detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, clearly defining feature specifications and success metrics.
- Drive execution and analyze impact: shepherd initiatives through the development cycle, own the launch process, and analyze post-launch data to measure success.
- Collaborate and communicate: act as the central hub for your product area, ensuring clear alignment with engineering, founders, and go-to-market teams.
- Shape the product roadmap: actively contribute to the product strategy, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Analyze and iterate: monitor usage patterns, identify blockers, and surface data-driven opportunities for improvement.
Who You Are Essential:
- Full professional fluency in spoken and written English (English is the primary working language).
- 5–10 years of experience in Product Management, building and shipping products in a SaaS or complex tech environment.
- Proven “full-stack” product skills: you have strong experience across the entire lifecycle, from research and strategy to hands-on UX/UI design (Figma) and detailed spec writing.
- Strategic-doer mindset: you can think high-level but are equally eager to roll up your sleeves and execute.
- Data-driven and analytical: you are hypothesis-driven and comfortable defining success metrics and analyzing results.
- Exceptional communicator, able to articulate complex ideas with clarity to any audience.
- Adaptable and resilient, with a proven ability to thrive in the ambiguity of an early-stage startup.
- Strong design-mindedness and a keen eye for user experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within eCommerce or retail tech.
- Familiarity with modern product stacks (e.g. Amplitude, or similar analytics tools).
- Previous experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
- Interest in AI, automation, or composable commerce.
