What’s the Role About?

As a Operations Sales Analyst, you’ll work at the heart of our go-to-market engine, enabling the sales team to move faster, smarter, and with better tools.

You’ll be responsible for optimizing commercial processes, automating repetitive tasks, and ensuring that sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll also support with data analysis, outreach execution, and pipeline management, giving structure and clarity to a fast-moving commercial effort. This is a perfect role for someone early in their career who wants to learn the craft of building and scaling B2B sales in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map, improve and automate key sales workflows
  • Approach every process with one question first: “Could an agent do this?” and help us build toward the answer
  • Help write, structure and improve outbound messaging (email, LinkedIn, decks)
  • Maintain and update CRM and pipeline tracking with discipline
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial offers, proposals and follow-ups
  • Analyze sales performance and provide insight into what’s working and what’s not
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and assets
  • Create and iterate on internal playbooks and sales documentation

Who You Are

Essential:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales ops, business analysis, or GTM support in a SaaS or tech context
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Structured mindset with attention to process, detail and data
  • Curious, resourceful, and eager to improve how things work

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in tech, SaaS, or ecommerce-related roles
  • Familiarity with basic performance metrics (conversion rate, funnel stages)
