What’s the Role About?
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a central role in designing and scaling CommerceClarity’s AI-native platform.
We’re looking for engineers who can ship high-quality code and make fast, product-level decisions, balancing cost, quality and scale.
This is a hybrid role (60% engineering / 40% product): you’ll work across services, data, DevOps and architecture, while partnering closely with founders and AI engineers to turn complexity into clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain services in Laravel/PHP
- Own the full DevOps lifecycle, IaC, CI/CD, observability
- Model and manage data in MongoDB and MySQL/PostgreSQL for high-volume workloads
- Collaborate with founders and customers to shape roadmaps, KPIs, and A/B tests
Who You Are
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development or backend engineering
- Advanced experience in PHP/Laravel
- Solid DevOps experience
- Production experience with MongoDB and relational DBs
- Fluent in English with strong written communication
- Clear thinking, low ego, high standards, and openness to feedback
- Fast decision-making with 80% data and high iteration speed
- Curiosity for AI, automation, and continuous learning
- Working knowledge of Python
Nice to have:
- Background in ecommerce, retail data or pricing
- Exposure to LLM agent orchestration or simulation frameworks
