What’s the Role About?
As an AI & Coding Intern at CommerceClarity, you’ll support the development of AI-powered agents and internal tools through hands-on coding, automation, and data tasks.
You’ll work to build prototypes, automate workflows, and process data that feed our multi-agent infrastructure.
It’s a high-learning, high-exposure role: you’ll write real code, ship experiments, and get visibility into how AI systems are designed, tested and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in prototyping new agent functionalities using Python and prompt chains
- Write scripts and small tools to automate repetitive tasks and internal workflows
- Clean, transform and analyze structured/unstructured data for training or evaluation
- Test AI features and help track performance and edge cases
- Support product and tech teams with ad hoc research and lightweight development
Who You Are
Essential:
- Fluency in Italian and English
- 4+ years in customer success, account management or consulting, ideally with exposure to complex or technical SaaS products
- strong commercial mindset, high empathy and clarity in communication, structured thinking and ownership
Preferred:
- experience in ecommerce, retail tech,
- experience in early-stage or fast-paced environments
