What’s the Role About?
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager – Product Operations & Communication to bring structure, clarity, and rhythm to how we build, release, and communicate our product.
You’ll sit at the intersection of product, operations, and storytelling, ensuring that every update is clear internally, valuable externally, and grounded in data.
Working closely with the co-founder leading product, you’ll help systematize how CommerceClarity plans, ships, and scales innovation. It’s a hands-on role (70% operational, 30% strategic/analytical) where you’ll contribute directly to both execution and process design, helping transition from founder-led to process-led product management.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure product operations: organize roadmap, manage prioritization, and streamline internal workflows.
- Build and maintain product communication: write changelogs, release notes, and internal documentation.
- Create alignment across teams: ensure everyone understands what’s being built and why.
- Collect and synthesize feedback: translate customer insights and data into actionable improvements.
- Monitor adoption and performance: track usage patterns, identify blockers, and surface opportunities.
- Support go-to-market: coordinate launches and ensure new features are clearly communicated and adopted.
- Maintain internal knowledge systems: centralize guides, playbooks, and documentation for product and operations.

Essential:
- Full professional fluency in spoken and written English (English is the primary working language)
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations within a SaaS or tech environment

- Analytical mindset, comfortable turning data and feedback into prioritization decisions
- Excellent writing skills, able to turn technical updates into simple, engaging communication
- Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Hands-on and pragmatic, with a bias for action
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within eCommerce or retail tech
- Familiarity with analytics and customer feedback tools (e.g. Productboard, Notion, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exposure to early-stage or high-growth startups
- Interest in AI, automation, or product-led growth environments
