We were at eTail Connect Spring 2026

3-4 March 2026London, United Kingdom

Our first eTail of the year, at Twickenham, and the first time we took the catalog argument to a UK room. What we learned about which format works for a conversation like ours is what shaped how we pick these events now.

What we covered

  • What the catalog bottleneck looks like on a UK multi-brand assortment.
  • Which jobs a retail team hands over first, and which it keeps.
  • What an agent run shows in half an hour, on a real feed.

Who it’s for

Heads of ecommerce, digital and catalog leaders at UK retailers.

Questions

Questions we get asked

What is eTail Connect Spring?
An invitation-only event run by Worldwide Business Research for senior ecommerce and digital leaders at UK retailers. It runs on pre-booked one-to-one conversations rather than a show floor.
When and where was the 2026 edition?
3-4 March 2026, at Allianz Stadium Twickenham in London.
Why did CommerceClarity go?
The United Kingdom is the first market the company opened outside Italy, and this was the first UK room for the catalog argument. Most of what we do in the UK today traces back to conversations in rooms like it.
Is CommerceClarity going again?
The eTail series stays on the calendar: eTail UK in Manchester and eTail Autumn Interactive at Ashridge House both followed. The events page carries whatever is next.

Rather not wait for the next one?

Half an hour on your own catalog tells you more than a session does.
