CommerceClarity raises €2.7M ($3.1M) pre-seed to power the AI agentic era of e-commerce

CommerceClarity has raised a €2.7M ($3.1M) oversubscribed pre-seed round, led by IFF (Italian Founders Fund) and Entourage, with participation from Euregio+ (Alpine VC), Redstone, Vento (Exor), Ithaca Investment, and Vesper Holding.

This funding will accelerate our AI-driven e-commerce automation platform and support international expansion, with offices now in Milan, Rome, and London.

The problem: e-commerce complexity has outgrown human capacity

Modern e-commerce catalog management has become too complex to handle manually.
Every product must be described, localized, categorized, optimized for search engines and recommendation systems, and adapted to marketplace rules.
